Problem: Late night eating adding calories to your diet and plateauing your weight loss?
Solution: Go to bed earlier.
Description: Seriously, more sleep isn’t going to hurt you. OR, if you only have so much time for sleep switching when you are awake to the times you eat less is another way to make it work. For me I don’t have a problem controlling my diet from morning to early evening. It is from 8pm on that I go on a stupid binge adding from 300-1500 calories on the day. By going to sleep at 9pm I get up earlier for training and the day’s tasks - and avoid unnecessary calories.
For those that will say it’s not that simple - some times it really is.
